Coaches' instructions for recording your Hotline announcements:

1. Dial 1-877-3SD-TEAM (1-877-373-8326)
2. Upon hearing the tone, dial your ext.
3. While listening to the announcement, press the #key.
4. Enter your password, followed by the # key.
5. At the beep, record your announcement.  When finished, press # key.  Press 7 to save your announcement.

Field Status Hotline

The status of whether the fields are open or closed will be updated by 7:30am for morning games and 10:00am for afternoon games by the field coordinator.
