Our Biggest Fundraiser of the Year!

When:

Sunday,  October 14, 2012 at the Wheelock School Fields
Morning Registration 8:00am, Afternoon Registration 12:15pm

Divisions:

Male and Female Teams - 1st Grade thru 8th Grade
(Grade 4-8 males and 5-8 females play in the A.M., Grade 1-3 males and 1-4 females in P.M.)

Games:

Minimum three games per each team, three players per team.

Gifts:

Each player receives commemorative t-shirt and award.  Special Award for best costume in each age group.

Price:

$75 per team due with registration.  Make check payable to Medfield Youth Soccer.  One check per team.  All proceeds go to help fund the Medfield Soccer program.

Each team must complete and return one copy of the registration form.  Players do not have to be signed up for Medfield Youth Soccer.
